Anxiety

When dealing with anxiety we first need to acknowledge what it is we are feeling and why we are feeling this way. Are you anxious because your impatient? Anxious because your fearful or just anxious because that is how you are feeling. Once you identify what you are feeling and why you are feeling it, you need to find out what is triggering these emotions and find the balance within your reaction.

You are in control of your reaction to circumstances and situations, being anxious only makes you feel more on edge and stops you from really taking each day as it comes.

Dealing with anxiety is a process, when it comes to health it can lead to doubt which leads to depression and stress.

Take a deep breathe in and out.

Accept the stillness and relax
