How to wake up and shake off the day before

You had a long day yesterday, you went to bed cranky and now you've woken up feeling like why am I so exhausted. Your moody, dehydrated and you can't be bothered to make breakfast because your running late.... Shake it off.

Quickly, turn on your stomach and stretch your neck and back towards the ceiling, this will help you release all the excess tension built up during your late night sleep. Tea or coffee maybe?

Having a good hot drink in the morning can really help you set the mood for your day, for those who can't be bothered to get into yoga or exercising because your just not interested in it, using small stretches throughout the day or in the morning can really keep your blood flowing and get you in a great mood for the rest of the day. If your sitting on a desk all day you can really put strain on your body, so keep stretching in the morning and try to grab a hot drink. It will help keep you relaxed during the day.
