When it comes to patterns, we think about decorations but when it comes to the body we tend to not know what to think about or what to look for when its literally right before our eyes. So how do we figure out the patterns? Through stillness.
When we are busy, our bodies are like an engine, once you put enough oil in it (food, water, a nice slice of pizza during work) it keeps going. But just like an engine, our bodies need to be cleaned, taken care of and oiled again. The thing is regardless of the car you buy, it is nothing without the engine. Just like our bodies. We are nothing without a good diet.
Stillness helps you to readjust your body, identify what foods you should be eating throughout the day as well as when something isn't what it should be within your body.
