The Power Trio Essential Oils good for hay fever


During the Spring and Summer season, for some it means long walks in the park and sharing ice creams with the people they love. For others it means puffy eyes and the dread of knowing their nose will not stop running like a tap.

Hayfever is known to be at it's peak around these seasons and here are a few oils that may soothe some symptoms of hayfever so you can start enjoying your ice cream and even smell the flowers.

. Tea tree mostly known for it's use in beauty products serving as an aid in fighting break outs and acne due to it's antiviral properties also can help fight bacteria and due to it's minty feel serves as a good air purifier when used in a diffuser.

. Peppermint known for it's theraputic and refreshing scent is not only good for pain relief but also due to the menthol within the oil which is antiseptic, it may also help with the relief of symptoms.
